Within a few minutes from the sea (and that famous wrecked boat), comfortably recessed from the main road but still in the lively Bunbeg town (pubs, restaurants, a night disco club, shops). Bunbeg and the whole Gweedore area belong to the Gaeltacht region where original Irish Gaelic is strongly supported as the primary language. If you are arriving by car see the map above for directions. Several bus services can bring you almost to our door ( John McGinley Luxury Coach Travel, Feda O'Donnell Coaches, Lough Swilly, Patrick Gallagher Coaches). The local airport (Donegal - Carrickfinn), with regular services from Glagow-Prestwick and Dublin, is within 20 minutes of driving.
